Potential buyers of hay shall be provided the seller's information so that the hay may be viewed and inspected prior to purchase. The actual sale/purchase transaction takes place between the buyer and the seller directly, without any assistance from or sale commission to Midwestern. All buyers have the opportunity to ascertain all of the facts underlying any sale, including without limitation, quantity and quality.
